We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Results depend on market conditions, competition, budget, creative, offer, and platform review processes. We provide professional services designed to improve performance, not guaranteed outcomes.
Each party will protect the other party’s non public information and will use it only to perform obligations under these Terms. This duty does not apply to information that is public, already known without duty, independently developed, or rightfully received from another source.
You may not use the site or services to violate law, infringe IP rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

Either party may terminate a service engagement for material breach if not cured within a reasonable period after written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for work performed and committed costs through the effective date. Sections that by their nature should survive, will survive, for example payment obligations, IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any action is the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
When you visit the site or send emails to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may contact you at the email or phone you provide. You may send notices to office@remodelgrowth.co or by mail to our Austin address upon request.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the site with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with accepted proposals and statements of work, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and services.
